Computer Security

We use computers and servers with integrated anti hacker security. Both our in house serves and our servers off site have built in firewalls which deny access from unauthorized computers. Our off site server staff are watching 24/7 should a hacker ever get through the firewall, their connection will be terminated almost immediately. We prevent unwanted intrusions and we will never store your information in vulnerable places such as a database.

Personal Information

In the rare event we do collect information from you; our intentions for its use will be perfectly clear and defined. We will not sell or share your information with outside companies. In addition we do not provide your information to people through the phone or in person without your direct consent. We will use your e-mail to send you news a bout major company changes and special offers or deals however you can choose not to receive these emails.

Since the shopping cart has a great deal of credit card and billing information it is also a prime target for hackers. We make sure all of our e-commerce sites are using Digi-cert SSL certificates with 128 bit encryption protection. This prevents hackers from stealing your most valuable personal and client information.

These days on the internet, spam has become a prevalent problem. There are special programs called “bots” that are designed to surf the internet and route out vulnerabilities or steal information. We put steps in place to protect against these bots, ensuring your intellectual property and website is secure. We also make sure our clients do not willingly post sensitive information on their website.
